It can process about 125 pounds of tomatoes in 1 hour, separating the peel from the flesh. The body is made from polypropylene, the roller and handle grip of Nylon (both non toxic food safe materials. Screens are wire mesh of 18/c stainless steel. Suction base of pure rubber with high resistance nylon moving parts. Dishwasher safe.
